We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help keep our truck stop clean, safe, and fully operational for our customers and team members. This role is essential in maintaining high standards across restrooms, fuel islands, parking areas, and interior facilities.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help keep our truck stop clean, safe, and fully operational for our customers and team members. This role is essential in maintaining high standards across restrooms, fuel islands, parking areas, and interior facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, showers, and common areas.
- Inspect and maintain fuel islands, parking lots, and exterior areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns.
- Conduct basic repairs (plumbing, lighting, minor electrical, fixtures, doors, etc.).
- Handle trash removal and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
- Identify potential hazards and report larger repair needs to management.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting, or landscaping as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (not required).
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
